Cancellation Policy

Minimum passenger numbers apply and we retain the right to cancel a tour if this number is not met.
In this case, there will be a full customer refund.

Upon receipt of your payment, you will receive an email confirming your pending status. If we don’t meet our 6 passenger minimum, you will receive a full refund.

Once we fill the van, you will get a confirmation email with all of your departure details and an online Tide Chart, and BLM Shelter Cove Ranger Station contact information. Please note that hikers are responsible for obtaining bear canisters and hiking permits (required via the Recreation.gov online reservation system: https://www.recreation.gov/permits/King_Range_Wilderness_Permits_Lost_Coast/r/wildernessAreaDetails.do?page=detail&contractCode=NRSO&parkId=72192).

Cancellations

Once the van is booked and we assign a driver, your payment becomes subject to our cancellation policy:

• If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled shuttle departure, you forfeit 100% of your payment.
• If you cancel within 2 weeks of your scheduled shuttle departure, you forfeit 50% of your payment.

• If you cancel before 2 weeks of your scheduled shuttle departure, you are entitled to a full refund.

Privacy

During your use of our site; you may provide us with personal information (such as your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and credit card information) for the purpose of making reservations, when requesting information or for other reasons. Mendo Insider Tours does not sell or diseminate the personal information of our users to third parties. Mendo Insider Tours may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or court order, as requested by a government agency or by law enforcement authorities, or in the good faith belief that disclosure is otherwise necessary to protect the safety of our passengers, employees or property.
